This group is composed of 18 Members.

It is established on the basis of equitable geographical distribution, to prepare the draft comments of the Board on the Medium-Term Strategy (C/4) and the Draft Programme and Budget (C/5).

This group drafts the Recommendations by the Executive Board on the Draft Programme and Budget (C/6) to submit to the General Conference.

The drafting group deals with issues from both commissions.
